Organization Nerd Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use (TOU) Agreement applies to all personal-use (PU) products sold by Organization Nerd, whether purchased or obtained as free samples/freebies.

You may not, under any circumstances, redistribute any digital files created/sold by Organization Nerd — whether freely or by selling it for profit — even if the product was obtained by you as a free sample/freebie. If your friends/acquaintances want a copy of a free sample/freebie (or a purchased product), please direct them to the Organization Nerd web site at https://organizationnerd.com. Your support is greatly appreciated!

YOU MAY:

  • Save these products/designs to your computer/device and to any backup devices or private cloud storage (but NOT file-sharing sites)
  • Print these products/designs for your own personal use
  • Recolor or alter these products/designs for your own personal use
  • Publish, display or distribute images that show your use of these products/designs publicly on social media sites and/or in any galleries, forums, blogs, or other media (magazines, other publications, etc.) — AS LONG AS you include a credit to Organization Nerd as the creator/copyright holder of the product/design.
    —EXAMPLE—
    posting a photo of your personal planner with printed copies of Organization Nerd planner pages onto a social media site with a text credit such as “planning page shown is from https://organizationnerd.com“

YOU MAY NOT:

  • Share these products/designs with anyone else
  • Claim these products/designs as your own
  • Use these products/designs for commercial use (i.e. to create derivative products for any purpose other than personal use, such as — but not limited to — the creation of web site/blog graphics, the creation of digital products/designs, the creation of graphic design resources, the creation of print or web advertising, etc. — regardless of whether or not the derivative products will generate income)
  • Make copies of the files on any medium, whether electronic or physical, other than for the purpose of personal back-up (this includes — but is not limited to — copying these files to cloud storage, CDs, DVDs, hard drives, diskettes, etc. if the intended purpose of making those copies is to share the files)

Organization Nerd reserves the right to modify, update, and/or change the TOU for its products at any time, with or without notice. Your use of this product must adhere to the TOU that was in effect at the time of your purchase (as displayed here on this web page).

The TOU posted online will always supersede any previous TOU (such as one included as a text or image file within the product download itself); thus, it is your responsibility as a user to so make sure you have read this page and that you abide by its terms. Purchase of the product(s) constitutes acceptance of the TOU in effect at the time of purchase.
