Answers to some of our most frequently-asked questions when it comes to scheduling consultation calls &/or organization sessions…

15-MINUTE CONSULTATION CALLS:
Once you book a call time, you will receive an email confirmation of the scheduled appointment time for the call. If you need to change or cancel that FREE appointment, use the “reschedule or cancel” link that appears in your confirmation email.

IN-PERSON ORGANIZATION SESSIONS:
Once you schedule and pay for an in-person session, you will receive an email confirmation of the scheduled appointment time for the session. If you need to change the date/time for that session, you can use the “reschedule or cancel” link that appears in your confirmation email. *PLEASE NOTE* that in-person session time is sold in 3-hour blocks… which are non-refundable once purchased, but easily transferable to another date/time; any changes/cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, however, will incur a $50 “no show” fee to compensate the organizer for their scheduled time.

We require one of our FREE 15-minute consultation calls for any new prospective client because we want to ensure that our services are a good fit for you and your project before you invest in a 3-hour block of time for an in-person session. Once purchased, our 3-hour time blocks are non-refundable (but easily transferable to another date/time, if you need to reschedule a planned appointment).

Existing clients who are already well-acquainted with the process of our in-person organization sessions can certainly add additional 3-hour time blocks to their account (in order to extend a project / start a new project / etc.) without another required consultation call… but those same existing clients are also welcome to schedule another FREE call before launching a new organization project. Optional but available!

We typically block off Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons for our consultation calls. If these windows of time don’t work into your schedule, however, please feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to work with you to find an alternative window of time.

Yes, it’s true… Premium Annual Members get a 20% discount on all in-person organization sessions! If you’re not already a Premium Annual Member, you can sign up here (and/or get more information about our memberships and what they include here under “Online Courses & Tutorials”). This will reduce the cost of every 3-hr time block from $270 ($90/hr) to just $216 ($72/hr).

To enjoy this benefit when booking an in-person organization session, simply make sure you note your Premium Annual Membership on the booking form when booking a 3-hr session block and paying your $50 booking deposit. Then, on the date of your appointment, you will only be charged the remaining balance due ($166) for your 3-hr session after the 20% discount has been applied.
